Russell Hoppenstein is an applications manager in the high-speed data converter group at Texas Instruments, where he has 16 years of experience working with high-performance RF devices and RF sampling data converter semiconductor devices for the communication and defense markets. Previously, he designed transceivers and linear power amplifiers for the wireless infrastructure market. Russell earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from University of Texas at Arlington.
