For more than 25 years, he has worked in the electronic components industry. A great deal of that time has been spent working with interconnect manufacturers supporting harsh environment markets such as Aerospace, Defense, Heavy Industrial, and the like. Most of his experience is in Product Management, which became his preferred profession after receiving his MBA, and learning how Product Management is thoroughly involved in all aspects of a vertically integrated interconnect manufacturer. As experience has been gained, mentoring and helping team members grow professionally has been a welcome and fun addition to his responsibilities.
