Adaptive motorcycle brake lights based on deceleration and/or distance. When riding motorcycles, it is quite common to release the throttle to slow down which is not as easily noticed by following vehicles. Additionally, while stopped, a reverse distance sensor could trigger a flash of the brake light to alert approaching drivers from behind.

I’m a teacher. I made my students use many development boards: arduino, raspberry, stm32, nodemcu, orange pi, keil arm. If I have it I can use it in laboratory exercises. It has interesting features.

I think that it will give a great performance when working with motion sensor.

Actually constant current is a problem because if you have group of leds and one burns out then the rest get brighter and are forced to accept more current and have there lifes shortened. The brighter they run the sooner they burn out and this can have an avalanche effect. Some designs have leds in series groups of 4 and multiple groups in parallel. What you need is feedback to adapt to maintaining the current based on the number of still good leds.

I would prefer to bring this into my mechatronics class and help with our led lighting systems.

I am currently working on a lamp light that charges it’s own night light.
And other light designs incorporating 12 volt solar lights in home interior lighting systems.
The one lamp uses a solar panel under the lamp shade to charge and power an LED array.

Maybe a suitable board to help implement indication lighting as well as self adjusting headlamps that focus in the direction the operator is looking for motorcyclists? That could move indicators from the bike to the jacket and helmet as well for more visible night time riding?

Id like to use the device to verify/create strobe for LPs @ 33-1/3 RPM
and 45 RPM.  This would help calibrate vintage and other turntables
that didn’t come with their own built in strobe. 

Along with the strobe a strobostopic disk is placed on the
LP platter and rotated.  When the Frequency of the platter
and the strobe are the same, the bars appear frozen (stable);
therefore the turn table is rotating at the correct RPM.
