The Automotive surround view camera system is a fast growing technology that provides the driver with a complete view of the area around the vehicle.


360° camera systems offer a comprehensive view and control of the environment around the car as well as obstacles in "blind" spots thereby significantly increasing safety while driving, reverse parking, parking in a confined space, turning, and other maneuvers. Such systems consist of multiple cameras mounted around the vehicle in different directions. Synthesized input from the various camera streams can then be used for intelligent decision-making.
