Boris Chou, Faraday Technology

Boris Chou is a Project Leader at Faraday Technology, bringing over 12 years of semiconductor industry experience. His technical expertise encompasses optoelectronic design, photonic devices, and advanced packaging technologies, including CoWoS and 2.5D/3D integration. He effectively manages ASIC and packaging projects by coordinating cross-functionally between design teams and external manufacturing partners, such as foundries and OSATs.
