Dmitry Turbiner has an MS in electrical engineering at Stanford University and holds a BS in electrical engineering from MIT. Formerly he was an RF/Microwave engineer at NASA/JPL where he served as the cognizant engineer for the radio occultation antennas of the COSMIC-2/FORMOSAT-7 mission. He founded General Radar Corporation in 2016.
