Ido Gus is a Senior Team Leader in Ceva's AI Division, where he leads development of NPU toolchains, quantization tools, and applied algorithm research for Edge AI. He brings 18+ years spanning software development, algorithm optimization, and deep learning—with a track record of leading cross-functional teams from concept to production. Ido drives the full path from algorithmic research to optimized deployment on Edge devices, translating novel techniques into real-world product impact. He holds a B.Sc. in Information Systems Engineering from Ben Gurion University of the Negev and an MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
