Leader Tech’s TechSIL Conductive Elastomers

Leader Tech TechSIL Conductive Elastomers combine environmental sealing and EMI shielding in a single gasket. TechSIL Conductive Elastomers are available with different polymer and filler combinations that provide broadband shielding up to 110dB and are galvanically compatible with all surfaces and environments. 

Leader Tech is approved for 11 of the MIL-DTL-83528 materials and over 2,500 of the standard gaskets in the spec. This enables designers to select the material that is best suited for the target application, with materials designed for a wide range of environmental and chemical exposure, and mechanical requirements. TechSIL Sheets are available up to 20” x 20” and are ideal for water-jet or die-cutting custom shapes. 

Extrusions are available in many shapes and profiles, with solid and hollow variants that can also have pressure-sensitive adhesives. We can also do one-piece or multi-piece picture-frame gaskets. Leader Tech offers molded and die-cut parts, such as o-rings, flange mounts, washers, and custom parts. For additional details and drawings, visit LeaderTechInc.com.
