AVX Thin Film Harmonic Low Pass Filter

Thin films aren’t just for plain old passives, you know. AVX LP0805 harmonic low-pass filters are based on thin-film technology and provide high-frequency performance in a small, rugged SMD package.

The LP0805 integrated thin film filter is housed in an 0805-sized LGA package with a low 1.02-millimeter profile. Part numbers are available to cover different bands from 700 megahertz to 4.0 gigahertz, making them ideal for mobile communications, satellite TV receivers, GPS, and other wireless systems.

AVX LP0805 series harmonic low-pass filters have a 50-ohm characteristic impedance, a 3-watt continuous power rating, and high attenuation at the 2nd and 3rd harmonics. The filters are offered with either a tin-lead or lead-free termination and provided in tape-and-reel packaging for reliable automated assembly.
