EPCOS Power Line Chokes

Normally, choking is bad, but as is typically the case with RF and EMI, the opposite is true; chokes are essential to many electronic devices, as they suppress common mode noise. EPCOS offers a wide range of current-compensated power line chokes using a closed core topology to address all your common-mode filtering needs. Chokes range from compact, low current models to larger models capable of handling up to 62 amps. Voltage ratings range from 250 to 1000 volts AC, and chokes are available with two to four lines to address different supplies. Many are available with UL and VDE approvals and horizontal or vertical mounting. So, whether your application is a small device with a switch mode power supply, an electronic ballast, or a large power inverter, EPCOS power line chokes are available to meet your needs.
