Honeywell Explosion-Proof Basic Switches
Honeywell’s Micro Switch V15W2 Series Explosion-Proof Basic Switches are environmentally sealed to prevent flammable gases from entering the switching cavity and igniting. V15W2 switches have a PBT thermoplastic polyester housing with an IP67 equivalent silicone sealing material and global package size acceptance.
These switches have global safety and IEC Ex approvals, approved for use in Zone 2 hazardous locations. V15W2 switches are rated for 5A and have quick connect terminals. Switches are also available with gold contacts for controlling logic-level or low-energy circuits.
Honeywell V15W2 series switches are offered in SPDT, SPNO, and SPNC configurations and have a service life rated of over one million mechanical operations.
