Sensing, computing, and communication needs are increasing worldwide - including in harsh transportation and industrial environments. These electronic systems demand stable, reliable power.

P-Duke, an industry leader in power conversion solutions, meets this escalating demand for improved performance and dependability with their new RCD10U and RED40U ultra-wide input DC-to-DC converters.

The ultra-wide 8 to 1 and 12 to 1 input voltage range options simplify system power design and reduce your inventory needs and approval costs by supporting multiple supply voltage specifications.

Housed in a compact 1-inch by 1-inch industrial standard package, the RCD10U delivers up to 10 watts of output power while providing a stable output voltage and reduced in-rush current during the start-up phase.

The RED40U provides the same superior performance, but with 40 watts of output power in a 2-inch by 1-inch form factor.

Both converter families include P-Duke’s patented, enhanced hold-up function, designed to minimize supply interruptions using only one single hold-up capacitor for all input voltages, while delivering the highest performance and reliability.

Additionally, these converters are designed for harsh industrial environments, including operating temperatures from -40 to 105 degrees Celsius, and an operating altitude of up to 5000 meters. They are backed by P-Duke’s 3-year product warranty.

The RCD10U and RED40U expand P-Duke’s portfolio of compact, wide-input range, DC-to-DC converters to now cover from 10 to 200 Watts.

With a multitude of industry-leading features, the RCD10U and RED40U DC-to-DC converters are EN50155-approved, have multiple self-protection features, and are available in both single and dual-output models.
