SILICON LABORATORIES PG22 MCU

Silicon Laboratories EFM32PG22 32-bit Microcontrollers are part of the Series 2 Gecko portfolio designed to enable energy-friendly embedded applications. These microcontrollers are a highly efficient solution featuring a high-performance 76.8 megahertz Cortex-M33 with up to 128 kilobytes of flash memory and up to 32 kilobytes of RAM data memory.

The EFM32PG22 features analog and communication peripherals including a 12-bit successive-approximation-register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC), a die temperature sensor, up to 26 general purpose I/O pins, numerous serial interfaces, and various timers and triggers to support the low system energy consumption.

The microcontrollers support several states with varying energy consumption including an active mode, two deep sleep modes, and a shutoff mode to maximize battery lifetime.

The EFM32PG22 microcontrollers are ideal for personal hygiene devices, appliances and whitegoods, industrial automation, and consumer electronics.
