STMicroelectronics’ TSU112 operational amplifiers are very low power, high accuracy, dual channel op-amps for use in battery-powered and portable devices.

This New Product Brief (NPB) is part of a video series highlighting the features, applications, and technical specs of newly-released products.

STMicroelectronics TSU112 Operational Amplifiers

STMicroelectronics’ TSU112 operational amplifiers are very low power, high accuracy, dual channel op-amps for use in battery-powered and portable devices. The op-amps consume just 900nA at 3.3V and can operate from a 1.5V to 5.5V supply, enabling long life from a coin cell battery or regulated voltage in low-power applications. The TSU112 op-amps also provide high accuracy without calibration. They offer low offset voltage and drift, low noise, and low input bias current, making them ideally suited for sensor signal conditioning or battery current sensing. The sensors are available in a small 8 terminal DFN or MiniSO package for use in compact designs and their low current enables use in long-life, battery-powered applications, as well as energy harvesting and wearable products.

  • Low current draw: 900nA per channel at 3.3V, 25°C
  • Supply voltage: 1.5V to 5.5V
  • Offset voltage: 150µV max at 25°C, 1.4µV/°C max drift
  • Low-frequency input noise: 3.8µVPP, 0.1Hz to 10Hz
  • Input bias current: 10pA max. at 25 °C
  • Packages: DFN8, MiniSO8
