TE Connectivity AmbiMate Sensor Module
TE Connectivity AmbiMate sensor module MS4 series provides air quality monitoring for smart home and building automation in a pre-engineered, compact module that saves design time. MS4 series modules all feature a core set of four sensors, including motion, light, temperature, and humidity, with options for sensing VOCs, CO2, and sound. The sensors are connected to an onboard MCU that provides data to the host over I2C, and an event pin to indicate motion or sound detection. The modules are pin compatible so designers can add and remove sensors as needed. Each module configuration is available with multiple attach methods, with the smallest option measuring 29.46 mm x 16 mm. MS4 series modules operate from a 3.3 V supply and are optimized to maximize battery life.
