Toshiba TMPM3H Arm® Microcontrollers
Toshiba's TMPM3H Arm Microcontrollers, available from Mouser Electronics, are equipped with a Cortex M3 core, offering up to 512 kilobytes of code flash and 32 kilobytes of data flash. They come in various package options ranging from 64-pin to 144-pin configurations. These microcontrollers boast advanced features including an oscillation frequency detector for detecting abnormal system clock behavior, an eight-level Voltage Detection circuit for generating interrupts and reset outputs, and a 40-segment LCD Display Controller.
With functionalities like a one-channel emergency signal output to the Advanced, Programmable Motor Control Circuit comparator, as well as 7 to 8 channels UART, these microcontrollers operate within a 2.7 to 5.5 Volt supply range and can function across a temperature range of -40 to 105 degrees Celsius.
