Harwin Gecko-SL Horizontal Connectors
The Gecko-SL Horizontal connectors are an addition to the standard Gecko-SL family of miniature, 1.25mm pitch connectors with 6 to 50 pins.
The series provides a high power density connection, with the ability to carry 2A per contact with all contacts loaded, or up to 2.8A per individual contact. They also have stainless steel screw-loks to ensure a reliable connection that can withstand high vibration environments.
The addition of a right-angle version allows designers to save space above PCBs by routing cables sideways, or make motherboard-to-daughterboard connections at 90 degrees. Harwin’s Gecko-SL Horizontal connectors are rated for 1000 mating cycles and can operate at temperatures up to 125 degrees Celsius.
- 1.25mm pitch, 6 to 50 pins per connector
- 2A per contact (all contacts loaded) or 2.8A per individual contact, 600V AC/DC maximum voltage
- Stainless steel screw-loks ensure a reliable connection
- Vibration rating: 20G for 6 hours
- Horizontal throughboard contacts save space above the PCB and enable 90° connections
- Operating temperature: -55°C to +125°C
