Harwin Kona High-Reliability Power Connectors
Harwin’s Kona 8.5mm pitch high-reliability connectors maximize power in extreme conditions found in aviation power control systems, EV battery monitoring, defense-based robotic drives, and high-end industrial power units.
These connectors can achieve 60A of continuous current per contact with a durability of 250 mating cycles and a maximum voltage rating of 3 kilovolts.
The 6-finger beryllium copper and gold-plated contacts are individually shrouded on both male and female connectors to prevent physical damage and avoid accidental touching.
The rugged cable-to-board design maintains electrical continuity under heavy vibration and shock. These connectors feature a mate-before-lock mechanism that prevents any damage during the locking process.
No tools are required because fixing these connectors is simple due to the use of the stainless-steel thumb screws fitted to the female connector housing.
