Harwin Kona 8.5mm Pitch High Reliability Power Connectors

Harwin Kona 8.5mm Pitch High Reliability Power Connectors, available from Mouser Electronics, are designed for maximum power, the Harwin Kona 8.5 millimeter pitch high-reliability power connectors offer a 60 amp current rating with rugged, fully-shrouded contacts.

Demonstrating superior performance, the connectors operate up to 60 amps and 3000 volts per contact. Both male and female connectors are individually shrouded to prevent physical damage and avoid accidental touching.

The rugged cable-to-board design maintains electrical continuity under heavy vibration and shock. These connectors feature an innovative mate-before-lock mechanism that prevents any damage during the locking process.

The contacts use a 6-finger construction made of a Beryllium Copper alloy for electrical continuity and good spring force properties. The full gold plating allows for 250 mating cycles.

The Kona’s precision design enables the connectors to thrive under extreme operating temperatures from -65 to 150 degrees Celsius. Harwin Kona 8.5 millimeter pitch high-reliability power connector’s supreme performance make it ideal for aviation, motorsports, space, defense, and more.
