This New Product Brief (NPB) is part of a video series highlighting the features, applications, and technical specs of newly-released products.

MICRON TECHNOLOGY NVMe SSD

Micron’s 9300 NVMe SSD series delivers high capacity and fast performance without compromising between reads and writes.

The 9300 series is offered with a U.2 form factor in capacities up to 15.36TB using Micron’s 64-layer 3D TLC NAND. The drives also provide flexible, efficient utilization and multitenant support with up to 32 NVMe namespaces.

Micron 9300 SSDs can read and write sequential data at up to 3.5GB/s, have an 11µs average write latency, and can deliver up to 850K random read IOPS. 9300 PRO drives are optimized for read-intensive uses and are rated for 1 drive write per day, while 9300 MAX drives are designed for mixed-use and rated for 3 drive writes per day.
