TT Electronics Reflective Optical Sensor
The TT Electronics OPB9001 reflective optical sensor module is designed for position and presence detection in manufacturing,
automation, medical equipment, and other applications.
It’s based on the versatile OPB9000 reflective sensor and includes all the necessary peripheral circuitry on a compact and robust PCB. The sensor offers a fast response, high ambient light immunity, and automatic temperature compensation to maximize detection consistency and reliability. The PCB includes mounting holes and a 4-pin connector so it can be quickly installed and connected.
The module comes factory calibrated for a 12mm detection distance and a white reflective surface, but it can be easily reprogrammed for different surfaces and distances from 2.5mm to 50mm. TT Electronics offers multiple variants of the OPB9001 to address different application voltages and output configurations.
