TT Electronics 7mm Spot Diameter LED
TT Electronics’ OP207CL offers a 7-millimeter spot diameter for reliable optical sensing and position encoder applications. The emitter has a total radiated power up to 10 milliwatts and an integral collimating lens providing a 2.25-degree angle of half-intensity, resulting in efficient optical flux coupling onto the receiving photosensor for clear on/off transitions.
The OP207CL works for space-constrained designs as it’s mounted on a surface-mountable 9.9 by 9.9 millimeter PCB substrate with a height of just 6.3 millimeters.
The emitters can be used at temperatures up to 105 degrees Celsius and can withstand the demanding environments of industrial automation, safety systems, robotics, security detectors, and other applications requiring dependable sensing.
