Description
The trapezoidal shaping is a method of pulse height measurement, described in "V.Radeka,'Trapezoidal Filtering of Signals from Large Germanium Detectors at High Rates', IEEE Trans. Nu. Si. NS-19, No.1, 412 (1972)", mainly used in nuclear spectroscopy.
Features
In the course of this project, digital filter for nuclear spectroscopy will be implemented:
- Trapezoidal shaping based on "V. T. Jordanov, Nucl. Instr. and Meth. in Phys. Res. A 353 (1994) 261-264".
- Digital Up/Down Converter based on "E. B. Hogenauer, IEEE Transactions on Acoustics, Speech and Signal Processing, ASSP-29(2): pp. 155-162, 1981."
- Constant Fraction Discrimination based on "D. A. Gedcke and W. J. McDonald, Nucl. Instr. and Meth. 58 (1968) 253-260"
- Leading Edge Discriminator
