Illinois Capacitor Low ESR Supercapacitor (DGH Series)
Illinois Capacitor's DGH series supercapacitors offer standard values up to 350 Farads, ESR that is notably lower than competing capacitors and offers very fast charge and discharge rates. The supercapacitors are available with 2.7V and 5.5V DC working voltages with an operating life rated at 10 years with 500,000 cycles, and, unlike batteries, the capacitors don’t degrade with each cycle. Illinois Capacitor DGH series supercapacitors have a wide operating temperature range, compact size, and a high power density that make them ideal for energy harvesting applications, supplying pulsed power, as a battery backup, or as a battery replacement.
