Nexperia Automotive MOSFETs
Nexperia Automotive MOSFETs are AEC-Q101 qualified devices available for a variety of vehicle applications, from lighting to power management and control in engine, body, and chassis applications. The MOSFETs are repetitive avalanche rated, and have high ESD immunity and transient robustness to ensure reliable operation in the harshest operating environments. Nexperia automotive MOSFETs are available with drain currents from -6 A to +228 and are offered in many through-hole and surface mount packages, including the LFPAK33, which provides lower package resistance in a footprint that is 80% smaller than DPAK equivalents, allowing designers to reduce module size while increasing functionality.
