Panasonic ERJ H Series High Temperature Chip Resistors
Panasonic ERJ-Hxx Series High Temperature Chip Resistors are Automotive Grade Thick Film Chip Resistors with a 175°C maximum category temperature range. The ERJ-Hxx Series incorporates High Temperature Resin coating and high temperature electrodes for reliability in the toughest automotive applications. The devices are AEC-Q200 Grade 0 qualified and designed in accordance with multiple international standards. The Resistors can operate at their full power rating up to 105 degrees Celsius and can be used at up to 175 degrees Celsius at derated power levels.
The ERJ-Hxx Series is offered with power ratings up to half a watt. These Resistors are available in 0402, 0603, and 0805 case sizes with resistance values from 1 to 300 kilohms and with tolerance down to plus or minus 0.5 percent. Zero-ohm jumpers are also available with current ratings up to 2 amps.
