Skyworks IoT Front End Modules
Skyworks’ SKY66119 is a 460 MHz transmit/receive front-end module that provides high performance and a simpler design for applications such as automated meter reading, advanced metering infrastructure, and other ISM systems. The SKY66119 integrates a high-efficiency power amplifier, low noise amplifier, antenna switch, 50 Ω RF matching and bias circuits, and control logic in a 28-pin MCM. Transmit power is controlled with an analog voltage, with output power up to +30.5 dBm. The receive path provides a low total noise figure of 1.7 dB and 15 dB gain. All RF ports are internally DC blocked and an external filter can be inserted into the receive path. Skyworks’ SKY61119 also supports shutdown and amplifier bypass modes.
