Red Pitaya STEMLab Starter Kit

STEMLab Starter Kits are a development platform for test and measurement, signal processing, and signal generation. STEMLab boards are available with 10-bit or 14-bit RF analog I/Os and can be used out of the box as an oscilloscope, signal generator, spectrum analyzer, and bode analyzer.

They are based on a set of ADCs, DACs, and op-amps from Analog Devices connected to a Xilinx Zynq 7010 SoC with dual ARM Cortex-A9 cores. The board includes two inputs and two outputs, all capable of 125 Msps.

Beyond the test and measurement applications, users can write their own code leveraging the boards’ analog capabilities as well as the option to connect additional hardware. For additional channels, the STEM125-14 supports daisy chaining and synchronization of multiple units.

  • STEMLab 125-14: 14-bit I/Os, 512 MB RAM
  • STEMLab 125-10: 10-bit I/Os, 256 MB RAM
  • RF I/Os: 2 in, 2 out, 125 Msps
  • Extension connector:
    • Digital I/Os: 16
    • Analog I/Os: 4 in, 4 out, 100 ksps, 12-bit
