Analog Devices’ LTM4700 µModule® Regulator
Analog Devices’ LTM4700 µModule® Regulator is a dual 50A or single 100A step-down regulator for use in telecom, datacom, and storage systems. The regulator includes digital power system management functionality, including remote configurability and telemetry-monitoring of power management parameters over PMBus.
It can operate from a 4.5V to 16V input and the output programmed from 0.5V to 1.8V, with the ability to margin, tune, ramp, and sequence the outputs. The regulator offers high accuracy output control and current readback, and it can operate at ~90% efficiency at the full 100A load.
For larger loads, multiple modules can be used in parallel. The LTM4700 is offered in a 15mm × 22mm × 7.87mm BGA package with SnPb or RoHS compliant finishes.
